The food was good, the service was the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on their website for delivery, got a text that it will be an hour. After an hour I called them, and they told me I never placed the order, while I was looking at the charge on my credit card. Then they told me, you can’t place orders on their website, and I never placed the order. Then finally after going back & forth with the guy on the phone, he told me the order never printed out, he’ll make it now and deliver it. No apology giving, basically called me a liar the whole time, food is good, customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Go elsewhere, I know I am.

I’ve been going to Phil’s Pizza for years, and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. My daughter loves the penne alla vodka slice, and I always get the pepperoni. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the sauce is flavorful and not too thick. The cheese is melted to perfection, and the toppings are always fresh. I highly recommend Phil’s Pizza to anyone looking for a great pizza place.

We frequent Phil’s often and always loved their pizza and takeout. When we needed our daughter’s graduation party catered we considered Phil’s because of the great experiences we’ve had with them through the years. The food was a hit, especially the penne alla vodka. Our guests asked where it was from so they can dine at Phil’s themselves. We were very happy with the experience. Thank you Sal and Nino.

0 Stars if i could. this restaurant PRETENDS it has GLUTEN FREE food. they are completely careless when it comes to food allergies. Its fine if an establishment doesn’t have options for others but to PRETEND you do is wrong. I will be calling EVERY department I can to report this. People with celiac can end up in the hospital from cross contamination. Gluten allergies vary from person to person. PLEASE TAKE DOWN THAT YOU’RE A GLUTEN FREE EATERY ..bc you are NOT.

Decided to try this local pizzeria. I know that they make a spinach artichoke pizza and I was dying to try it. I called first to asked if they had it and could put it aside for me. I got there and it didn’t even look like spinach artichoke pizza. It looked burnt and over cooked. Needless to say I was very disappointed.The person that was serving me seem to be angry that I didn’t want those two slices. I don’t think I’ll go back again to give them a second chance.

Phil Pizzeria Wantagh- It there was a way to give negative stars, I would. It’s fraudulent to charge when there was no delivery. We were without pizza at a birthday party and on top have been charged $70 on the credit card. Very very disappointing and when called, they don’t even acknowledge to resolve.
