I’ve always had an issue with chipotle skimping your food with online orders. I now only order in the restaurant because of this. My daughter brought me home chipotle and she ended up ordering online and sure enough when I opened it my food looked half eaten because they barely added anything. And even forget some ingredients. Chipotle needs to get better with online ordering and stop skimping people.

Chipotle has a reputation for fine cooking. But this location is badly maintained. The restaurant was highly dirty. If this is how they upkeep the dining area, what does the kitchen look like? We visited on December 17th. At that time, I am sure they had a heavy amount of customers. But if I come into a place for the good food, my appetite is immediately ruined if I see a place that looks like a landfill. We told an employee to alert the manager that the dining area needed to be cleaned. One employee came out, had 2 drinks and a conversation with his colleagues but never once made an effort to clean the area or send someone else to do it. Even when the customers dwindled down to a few, no effort was made to clean. We sat there for half a hour after we informed the employee of his store’s condition. They could have cleaned at any time but they did not. Definitely not coming back.

I’ve came here on 3 separate times in the last 2 weeks and they’re missing food items. Last week it was white rice and cheese. On 1/2/22 (yesterday) they were missing white rice, guacamole, and cheese. Today it’s sour cream and fajitas mix. The worker brings out a full sour cream for the Togo area that was full. Manager said she couldn’t use that sour cream as it’s only for to-go food. This place is going down hill and the service is terrible. All the workers ever have to say is “I just work here, nothing I can do about it”. WOW!!!! Never again!

Everytime I have visited this location they are out of something and not just one thing. Google says this location closes at 11 today but they close at 10. It’s like they start closing by 9 and stop making enough food. Maybe they should close at 9pm so they can get out as early as they want and still offer good service because this is not good service. They didn’t even have napkins.

By far the worst Chipotle we’ve used. Online orders are missing something or just plain wrong EVERY time. Customer service inside the restaurant itself is sub-par. The guacamole is not great at this location, something is weird with it. This location notwithstanding, Chipotle altogether has gotten ridiculously expensive for the same food. I simply won’t pay those prices at this location for sub-par food and service.

I came in at about 10 pm to grab some food and was told they only are taking cash so I had to do an online order. I couldn’t figure it out on the chipotle app cause there was some kind of error with finding the Stafford location and asked the manager and she just ignored me. I then Asked the staff and they also didn’t care. Just a crystal clear example of the world we are now in and headed for. The customer service is absolutely horrible at some of these places. I don’t recommend at all going late if your an older person who doesn’t like going through the app or you aren’t good with that kind of stuff. Anna or Ana was the name of the manager . Just a bad attitude and no care in the world for the customer. They need to advertise that they are only taking cash after a certain time so there is no surprises. I will be filing complaints with customer service tomorrow

Picked up some food as we were passing through the location. Food was perfect and met our expectations of any other Chipotle. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave us extra empty carryout bowls and cutleries without hesitating.

If I could give this place minus zero stars I would. I have worked in the food industry for many years. What I saw today, as a former chef and district manager would have had me letting people go. The hot food area was filthy, looked like it had not been wiped down all day. How can you serve people food from such a disgusting counter area?! Tables were filthy as well, the trash looked like no one had emptied it all day? I cannot understand it, there is no excuse for it there were more than 8 to 10 employees running around like chickens with the heads off in the back. I am horrified at this blatant disregard for basic sanitary and health compliance. This place needs a health inspection and food service inspection. They should definitely lose there SERVE license and certification. Food made us sick. Never again. Stay away unless you want to get upset stomach or worse.
