Man!, quality along with customer service has really gone out the window. Long gone are the days of good affordable fast food with a smile. Instead bad attitudes and questionable food quality. Curly fries aren’t even curly anymore. The meat seems overly salty. 1 star because I can’t put 0!

Made an order at the drive thru, when food arrived was missing an item. Employees began to say it was in the bag, I would have went home. Kid working the front was sick coughing every 5 seconds then tried to stick his hand he just coughed in into my bag. If you’re sick stay home from the fast food industry. What happened to the customer is always right and should be treated with respect. Very disappointed with your service.

We have only really liked the roast beef sandwiches here. The specials usually aren’t good. The French dip was okay. The last 2-3 times we’ve gotten curly fries they weren’t fresh and were end pieces, except for like 2 curls. We don’t get them anymore.

Just… wow. So two things; one is we asked for cheese fries. Not a complicated thing to tell us “we no longer have cheese fries” even though it’s still featured on signs by the menu. So instead they only say “do you want the cheese sauce?” And “curly or regular” so I get home and my wife is pretty upset that it’s just the cheese sauce with a side of fries.

This place was ridiculously slow. There were 3 cars in line and it took 30 minutes just to be able to place my order. It then took another 30 minutes or so to pay and receive my order.
