I order online and pay delivery fee. Delivery driver calls from the entrance of the apartment complex, wants me to come out and get the food form him. I tell him i can’t come outside due to a medical issue. He says he’ll call management and i can come pick up the food from the store if i can’t come get the food from him. I call the store and “management” just talks over me and not let me get a word in. I have to ask a neighbor to get the food from the apartment entrance for me. RUDE, SELF CENTERED, LAZY THIEVES is what this staff is. Why charge a delivery fee if you’re not going to deliver?

Got 2 Small Gluten Free Snowy Alps with no meat or tomatoes. Only olives, mushrooms and green onions. That’s the way we ordered it. We both got food poisoning. I should have stopped eating here a few months ago when my Snowy Alps tasted weird and I turned it over and there was a dark red sauce/blood sticky smear on the bottom of the crust. – Mission Blvd. Hayward location.

I just had over almost $70 worth of food delivered and a $10.00 tip. You know some hot wings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, and a small pizza. Also asked for a NEW menu. Not only did I not get a new menu but we did not even get sauce for anythingAny of the appetizers or parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers for the pizza thank you very much Mountain Mike’s not again. Went into the restaurant, ordered a pizza, paid for it, and said that I would return at the time they said it would be ready for pick up. When I returned, they said that it was delivered – to the wrong address. If I would wait another 25 minutes, a new one would be ready! Why would they deliver a pick-up order? Don’t believe they even made my order. They offered no compensation for their mistake, either. Did promise to reimburse me and reverse the charge on my card. Don’t count on me returning to this place!
