The gentleman that was working the front was awesome! We chatted for a sec and he said he was from Chicago, my apologies I didn’t grab his name. He took awesome care of me, he was very polite and personable. I watched him make my food, he put it together super nice, handled it with care and made sure it was HOT. He was super friendly and you could just tell he cared about the guest experience and food he is putting out, you don’t find that often in fast food. That guy is a good one. The worst experience to date. The young man who was taking my order in the drive-thru was acting as if I was bothering him . I didn’t order anything complicated. He has ZERO customer service skills. With him working, I can see why business has gone down hill. You would think that you would want to keep all the customers you can. My kids were in the back seat and they wanted BK’s famous crowns to wear. God Forbid I asked this guy for anything else. I wouldn’t dare. When I get home, I open the bag and the burgers were not in wrapped up . The burger fell right now when I lifted the wrapper and fell on the floor.

I usually don’t eat Burger King but whenever I’m by this location and swing through, I’ve always had great, non sloppy food. Everything is always wrapped nicely and the staff is great. I’ve been to other locations where the food is a nightmare and a huge mess. This spot is great!!
