This food truck was absolutely amazing. They have a huge menu. Had the spicy tuna roll, lobster roll and steak fried rice and it was incredible. The only thing I would suggest differently would be to provide more soy sauce. There were only 3 packs and this just was not enough. Would definitely go back.

Every single time I’ve come here it’s AMAZING. The portions are plentiful and I can get one meal for less than $25 and I can eat on it for 2 days! And they are so sweet and kind. My dogs were in the car and it was hot so they gave me some water and ice. Definitely my favorite place in Carthage.

My husband and I have tried a lot of different sushi; from all over. This place tops them all!!! The best sushi we have ever had- from both of our experiences! The cucumber so crispy fresh, the avacado fresh, the wasabi soft, the ginger was actually fresh and not slimy. We shared the paradise roll and a shrimp tempura roll. Sergio got a hibachi shrimp, the vegetables tasted so good and so did the shrimp. We plan to make a stop here whenever we are close by!!

Cynical Logic
Service was decent and took about 10 minutes to wait. Was excited to see scallops, but they were not seared and more tuff due to steam. Keep in mind where they say something is tempura fried it is actually Japanese Panko. I prefer actual tempura since the crumbs are like a million little swords attacking you mouth. Just a preference. Portions were adequate for the cost and flavor was good.

This is the greatest hibachi and sushi in town with that being said if your wanting your moneys worth get the bento boxes but the only reason I have a 4 star is because I got the salmon bento box and the salmon was raw this was only on one occasion out of all the visits there. They serve you quickly and politely and prices are average. Their best sushi I would say would be their specialty lobster sushi

Absolutely no complaints. The food was excellent and service was friendly and quick. You can place your order and sit in your car if you prefer. They give you a beeper and notify you when your order is ready. My first time here and I tried three items. All were very tasty.
