We eat here often but it hS really tanked bad. Floors are strangely sticky and slippery. Food took forever and there were 5 people working. Forgot to bring out or fries….we had to go up and ask about them.

I havent been here for a while, now I wont be going back, soon if ever. I got a small sandwich, chicken cordon blue, there was less than a chicken tender of chk, two small sad pieces of ham that resembled a half slice of bacon. And no honey mustard that i tasted. Very disappointing and probably ruined this restaurant for me. Then the fllor and chairs were filthy, we slid on the tile and needed to wash our hands after touching the chairs. Shame on you for letting it get this bad.

Got cheese steak regular sized sandwich. It was a cheese sandwich with a little meat sprinkled on it. A disappointment. I don’t send food back. I give them one opportunity to get it right, which is all they should need. I can understand sending meat back that’s too red. But this was a sandwich. With fries and drink, it was almost $16. Beef O’brady’s cheese steak has at least 5 or 6 times, the beef for about the same price.

Excellent subs I can’t speak to all of them I had the Rueben Sandwhich, I would say they did have the rye option on a traditional rueben but it was really delicious. I definitely would recommend Penn Station.

I really do like this place. I have always enjoyed the philly sandwich. the last time I went I waited for about 10 or 15 minutes for an online order that I placed 25 minutes before that…so I was a little upset about that… but the place was crazy busy and the manager did make eye contact with me and spoke to me no less than 2 or 3 times. He was waiting on fries. He never forgot about me so that means a lot. All the other trips were great so I continue to give it at least 4 stars.

I called to place an order over the phone and was put on hold. I remained on hold for more than 20 minutes as I drove to the store. I went in and there were 2 employees working, and only 1 customer in the building. When I asked the employee why no one came back to take my order, she was extremely rude and then lied and told me that she picked up the phone but no one was there, so she hung up. I showed her my phone, proving that I was still waiting on hold. She then picked up the store phone and hung it up, disconnecting the call. The food was good as always, but the service on this visit was abysmal.

I ordered a large steak and cheese, half of it just steak and cheese other half steak cheese with mayonnaise and mustard with a medium fry, I got a large steak and cheese with onions, mushrooms and banana peppers. I took the sandwich back to the counter and told them what I had ordered. I waited for 10 minutes and went back to the counter and my sandwich was still not ready. At this time had been in the restaurant 30 minutes for a steak and cheese and medium fries, the most basic sandwich you can order. There were 5 people working with 2 guys just standing around while the others were making other sandwiches, at this time I requested a refund. The manager offered no apology for the wait or the incorrect order. I got my refund called other Penn Station across town ordered the same sandwich and it was ready when I arrived.
