My husband went thru the drive thru and the cashier didn’t give his card back to him, she left it on the card machine and our card also paid for the person behind him. Mistakes happen but this was very scary for us because when we noticed we immediately called the store many times and couldn’t get through. He had to immediately drive 15 miles back to the location then back to the store the next day to get our money back so they could figure out what happened. They made it right with us and we thank you for that but the phone issue needs to be rectified!!

They misalign everything on your burger, we were missing 2 tacos and 2 salads on a 4 person order. Everything in the bag was literally thrown into it for total chaos. My wife had to drive back, they do not answer their phone (call them). Their food was the worst I think I have ever had from a fast food establishment. When they fixed our order, they gave us heat lamp day old tacos-one that was not even half filled. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP.

I called and some young ladies answered and didn’t want to give her name when I asked for it. Then I asked to speak with a manager and the young man did not want to give his name either. Both of these two young people where rude and shouldn’t talk rudely to someone older than them. I guess their parents didn’t raise them with manners. We went thru the drive-thru this morning and ordered 5 sausage croissant sandwiches. When we got home we saw MOLD on two of them. I immediately took them back and asked for a refund. The girl at the drive-thru window was very friendly and gave me my money back. This should never have occurred! Whoever assembled the sandwiches should have seen the mold and threw them out. I have been going to this location for 10 years and have never had an issue, but yesterday morning was an exception. I drove through at 6:30am and was the only one in line. I ordered several items including the big breakfast burrito with all the meats, egg, and cheese. The eggs and meats were all overcooked, and there was barely enough cheese to hold it all together. I ate the sausage out of the burrito and fed the rest to my dog. Times are difficult and I don’t have money to waste. Anyone can make a mistake, but this was so disappointing. I called several times during the day and was consistently told the manager was unavailable.
