This is a favorite of my grandchildren. They love this place. The food is good. Bottomless sides and the portions make this a really good value to take the family out to dinner. The service is good. The place was busy and they seem to be short staffed. They were hustling to provide enough table coverage.

This has got to be one of the best red robins that I’ve ever been to. I came in here for lunch place was nice and clean The service was great my food came out Is very fast everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great service thank you for grapefruit we’ll definitely be back will definitely come back to Red Robin. I’ve had a bad experience at 1 location in Elk Grove and I said I was done whit Red Robin but you guys just won me back over I just won’t go to the one in Elk Grove that is right by my house I will have to come to this one from now on

The service was absolutely amazing, they were so nice and respectful towards us. It was peaceful and the waitress we had was so friendly! Also, the food was fantastic! I ordered a Coke with cherry flavoring from the bar, and there was WAY TOO MUCH cherry. They didn’t ask what level they wanted my burger at so I received it slightly burnt and ketchup dripping all over the place and soggied my lettuce. Other than that, I highly recommend this resturant, especially the steak fries with special Red Robin seasoning (world’s greatest fries)! Thank you so much, Red Robin!

It was ok. I ordered fish and chips. A little overdone but not that bad. My friends food was good. I guess my biggest gripe is that while they advertise bottomless fries. On TV, on their web site, and on their menu. You would think they might ask if you want some instead of having to flag down the waitress and ask.

We hadn’t been to red Robin for a while and decided to stop in for a burger. The waitress took our order then never came back. Another young lady brought our order out and was friendly. The young lady that was supposed to be taking care of us was more focused on the family behind us. Our drinks were empty and never refilled. The burgers were not as good as they used to be. Don’t think we’ll be going back after that.

I’m in love with their allergy menu. Having so many different allergies makes it hard to eat out (especially when traveling). The menu selection is awesome. The only downside is that bacon is cooked with other gluten food items.

Jasmin was our server. She was FANTASTIC. They were shorthanded. We were told it would be a 25-minute wait. It was more like 45 minutes. Jasmin came and got us herself. She was not sure why we were still waiting. They brought us 2 baskets of fries right as she seated us. Jasmin took our drink order and brought those right out. She took our order right away, knowing we had been waiting for some time. Then she came back with 3 more baskets of fries. She was there when we needed anything. All the while, smiling and happy did not seem to be fazed that they were working short all night. What a super employee, Red Robin has. We got there at about 8:10pm, we were seated around 8:50pm. Thank you, Jazmin!!

My experience here today was great I was greeted when entering, the burger was cooked just right perfect temp just as I wanted, Fries with the Campfire Sauce delicious, my servers (Sliva and Sydney and 1 other didn’t catch her name) were very nice and quick to assist me with my order and refills and reorders of fries Yum!

Dined in. Waiter started to take our order but kept shifting his eyes away from our table then he excused himself while we were ordering because he was “sharing a number” with someone? Spilt a little water and had no napkins to clean up our table. So we sat awkwardly waiting for our waiter to return. Few minutes pass he disappears so we decide to just leave to another location. I don’t recommend this Red Robin. Won’t be returning.
