Enjoyable Sunday lunch and relaxing ambience. I was impressed with cleanliness of the lobby and restroom. This restaurant unlike many it’s locations provides power workspaces which I immediately found myself fervent about from the convenience …the staff was nice and even brought my food out. I drive through after working swing shift for two Tacos and Chicken Nuggets. Not the fastest drive through, but they always get my order right and the food is good. I visit a couple of times a month and I will continue to do so.

My neighborhood Jack in the Box and one of the best Jack in the Box restaurants I’ve been to. I used to be here for hours using their free Wi-Fi when my power would go off, sometimes but ordering anything but a drink. Never once have they complained to me or kicked me out. The dining room layout is awesome and there are tons of available outlets! The food is almost always on point! Very welcoming and accommodating

Your Manager Salvador has a Very Nasty attitude! He likes to argue with the patrons! I ordered an order with 2 Curly fries. I asked him to make sure he drops the “fries Hot and Fresh!” I watched him put the regular French fries into My bag! I told him, “I asked you for Curly fries!” He began to argue with me and Insisted that I asked for regular Fries and that need to pay the difference because he charges for “EVERYTHING!” I told him, “that he did Not treat the other customers like he treated me. He is Totally Unprofessional and should Not be in his position. Don’t worry, I will NOT give Any more of my business with this Particular Jack in The Box!

Awful service. Never go here. I went there (drive thru) on Jun 20 between 8 and 8:30 PM. Drive thru male operator asked in very arrogant voice as what you want. I was stunned, so did not reply for 5 sec. I decide to ignore it and started ordering but did not get any response. I called him multiple times but he would not answer. I thought there might be a problem with mic. So I went to the ordering window and nobody was there. I waited couple minutes, nobody showed up. Then I started calling, still nobody showed up. I got very irritated by this time and decided to confront. I literally waited for 10 mins then arrogant drive thru male operator showed up. I asked him why didn’t he answer earlier. He started yelling at me and says i asked your order multiple times and you didn’t respond. I told him it was only once and within 5 sec, i gave my order. He was like that is not my problem. He was very disrespectful. I just didn’t want to order anymore who knows he might spit in the food before serving. Such people should not work in customer service.

Degenerates…ordered 2 ultimate bacon cheese burgers with other items.. got 2 cheese burgers. Came back telling them they messed up showing the two burgers.. they took them back and didn’t even think of compensating me for my time they wasted for their mess up. Only 2 people were working… ordered online, got there and waited for 15mins in drive thru only to find out they didn’t have it cause they hadn’t checked where the online orders come in to make it. Asked me to go back around . By then. 6 more cars had shown up… so after an hour and 20 mins of waiting there I got cold food…. and couldn’t even get cokes cause both machines were down… This is surprising considering this location is less than 2 years old… Or just over… I understand there was only 2 people working I’ve been there I’ve been there I’ve been by myself overnight… But still

Out of large cups, out of Curley fries, out of Diet Coke, took 30 minutes to drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. Then get to window and they are out of Dr Pepper. Then proceed to charge full price for the drink and regular fries you didn’t want but had to get bc that’s all they had. Employees didn’t care like the GM obviously doesn’t. Hope this shuts down or burns down and something good goes here.

I have been here on several occasions..most times the food is acceptable. Sometimes, it is either burnt or half there. I like their teriyaki bowls, one time it only had rice and chicken no veggies and the rice was hard like it had been there all day. I still eat there, but now I always check my food before I pull away.
