My first time at this location. I ordered a pepperoni hot n’ready & an Italian cheese bread in the drive thru. When I get to the window and pay , the young man asks me to “circle back around the drive thru in 10 minutes bc the pizza is not ready.” Cars are now lining up in the drive thru so at the 10 minute marker I get back in line. When I get to the windo he now hands me the pizza and says the bread isn’t ready and can I circle the drive thru again in a couple minutes. It’s a bit ridiculous. I asked him if I park in a spot if an associate can run the order to the car. He looked really confused and said he will see what he can do.. I placed my order at 5:58pm , its now 6:15pm and I’m still waiting. . I will not be back.

I love the pizza! Hate the service. It’s ridiculous to have to wait for a hot and ready in the parking lot for over 45 minutes after going in the drive-thru. Now, when I go, I ask if there is a waiting time because if so, I just leave. Today I got it fast.

Rude staff.. playing around on their personal phone with headphones in while my food gets cold and avoiding customers when they come in when they do finally get their attention so they stop they’re phone conversation… nope and annoying sigh I know the hiring pool is shallow but damn pay attention to the people at your business. I hear that kickin pizza place is pretty good and I bet they’ll use words ..also don’t bother going up there they’re too busy on their personal phones to take an order online NO ONE ANSWERS THE ACTUAL PHONE ITS COMICAL … business is SO GOOD there they don’t need any phone in orders .. SERIOUSLY GIVE KICKIN PIZZA A SHOT !

I haven’t had little Caesars in years until today. I was optimistic, and full of hope. We got 2 of the pepperoni deep dish pizzas, bread sticks, and Buffalo wings. I now remember why I never go there. It was barren pizza with 3 slices of pepperoni per slice and hardly any cheese. I was told I needed to get 2 deep dish for 4 people and that wasn’t necessary. The total was $38. I could have went to kickin it, or domino’s for less. We now have a lot of leftovers I don’t want to even eat. Oh and the wings had a bad after taste. I gave them a 2 star because staff was nice and it was hot.

Drive thru is a joke. There’s always a wait time of 30 mins or more. I’ve been there a number of times and it’s always the same thing. Never once have I had a “hot and ready” pizza… etown always has them hot and ready. Radcliff, do better.

Drive thru. Very poor service. Waited for 30 minutes. Never brought it out. Finally went in to get it. Careless attitude. That’s 2 times I went and both times they’re was very poor service and good. Little Ceasar’s is probably top 5 favorite foods. It’s fast, it tastes good, it’s everything I want from fast food. The thin crust pepperoni is a personal favorite. I order through the app and pick up at the window. That way, there’s no wait.

Worst little Caesar I’ve ever been to. Wait time is ridiculous. They may have half your order complete and let it sit on the counter while they cook the rest of your order so by the time you get your full order everything is cold. Nothing is hot and ready. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
