We used to get Zachary’s every so often as a treat. The pizza and pasta were quite good. But since COVID, the quality and value for cost have dropped dramatically. Pasta for takeout seems precooked and reheated, often with hot and cold as well as soggy and overbaked spots; meatballs may be burned on the bottom and cheese sticks just chunky and bleh. It just feels like they got in over their heads and they no longer care.

Food is usually good however customer service and honesty seems to be lacking at least in the Milton branch. Several months ago the staff took it upon themselves to add a tip on a card for a takeout order. I stopped back in and approached them on it and they advise that it was impossible for them to have done that despite me having my copy of the receipt and the print out from my bank statement . Apparently my wife looked like an easy target for this fraud and they didn’t count on someone actually keeping and checking receipts to their accounts. It wasn’t much but it was still the principal. Fast forward to today, I decided to give them another shot however decided I would pay with cash. Myself and one other person placed our orders at the same time and when we went in to pick it up ask them to split the bill. I paid for my pizza in cash and the other person paid for their pizza on their card and the staff member was overheard complaining about having to ring up the two items separately. If I thought about it I would’ve turned around, walked back to the counter and taken the tip I left in the tip jar out telling him it was too complicated for them to figure out. I Have gone to this Zachary’s since I was at least seven years old and over the years spent countless Meals there. No more, this will Be my last. Note that both issues either involved the on shift manager (different person both times.) or was addressed with and brushed off by them.

Best Calzones around! I am very particular especially when it comes to food and this place has always made it just the way I like it! That’s Amazing considering most places disappoint me. I tell them exactly how I want it so it’s not like they don’t know! Zachary’s will have me as a lifetime loyal Customer, even if I have to drive 20 minutes. Thank You!!!

Terrible customer relations. I called to see if they deliver. And the associate happily said no. Like he was proud to be the only pizza place that does not deliver. Get your act together or slip away with your over priced terrible pizza. This restaurant use to be a corner stone in this town. Now it is a joke. I’d rather eat dirt at this point.

My son and I each enjoyed our delicious calzones. He had just pepperoni, and I had spinach and black olives. We’ll definitely go back, and 100% recommend it. There were enough leftovers for us to enjoy for dinner.

I love Zachary’s in Milton….the employees are so friendly and the food is amazing ….I have gotten sandwiches, pasta, salads, calzones, pizza, garlic knots, and the list just keeps going….my families favorites are salads, pepperoni with extra cheese pizza, Zach special , philly cheese pizza and of course the garlic knots….but we love it so.mucj it’s out go to when we don’t want to cook…and again the staff is so amazing….they are friendly and helpful, patient and speedy.
