Typically get good service here, BUT this is how I got my FOUR (4) kids meals and TWO (2) cheeseburgers tonight!! Completely uncalled for, the girl had us wait 20 minutes for this!! THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED, no type of retraining will work, SHE (NOT Jeffery) does not care!! Will be calling for a manager in the morning. Just CLOSE the store if that’s your last resort, weird and miserable!!

Prices are higher than most fast food places due to using Angus beef, but double-check your order before leaving (this is a great tip for any place) to make sure it’s correct. I’m still awaiting a peaches-and-cream-cheese pie that I ordered and never received.

I’m so glad they still offer the low carb option. Instead of a bun the sandwich is wrapped in lettuce. It’s a little messy but saves some unneeded carbs. The staff was courteous & quick.

Stopped in here at 6:15 am. The drive-thru sign still had the daytime menu. I ordered coffee w/cream. They didn’t give me cream. The coffee also tasted old, like it had been sitting for a while. My cup also had a bunch of grounds it in. You shouldn’t have to chew coffee…

Went to drive thru today, no one answered at the speaker. Drive to the window and stay there, was totally ignored by the lone female employee. Gave up and left. Why can McDonald’s and Chick Fila get employees but not Hardee’s?

I love this Hardees! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Today the Manager brought our orders to the table and made sure we had everything we needed. When we refilled drinks he asked if we enjoyed our food. We order number one with low carb option and they do it right.
