This McDonald’s was insanely busy! My husband, four of our grandchildren and I ordered burgers and fries. It took a while to get our order due to the large number of other customers. Our food was hot and fresh. There weren’t enough employees to immediately clean tables and bathrooms, but the employees were working very, very hard to prepare and serve food. Because this is the only late-night option for food in the area, this McDonald’s is packed! I recommend eating here, if you are prepared to wait patiently.

This is the worst place to eat. They are rude!!! An never make the order. An yes they are quick in the line so quick they never get the order right. I work right by here. I go every day An don’t even think about any Condiments. It kills them to give you a straw, ketch, up or napkins. An depending on the person in the window they are very rude. I’ve had out of 10 visits last month 7 were very bad An had to walk in. The manager no help. I wish there was a closer Mcdonald’s !!!!

Look I don’t care what you say if you’re not ready to order, then don’t come here because my friends here will be leaving you behind because they are so amazing. Fast pace work with a sense of urgency with a smile ! I was so impressed with Crystal because she was saying to everyone in line. Make sure to tell us if you need any condiments so we can get them to you! Say whaaat ? I live up towards Carowinds and when we go into McDonald’s we are too make sure not to even place are on order because we get what we get and we can’t throw a fit. lol lol

For my first visit, it was a bad experience. (3am) The drive thru guy was insanely rude and dismissive when asked questions. The drive thru machine said to use the app, and when I asked about it or should I say I tried to ask about it – he moved to the next person mid sentence. I immediately drove to the window and he said you kept talking about the app. Any time I said app he walked away. I wanted to know if I should submit the order or not. Then he said he didn’t have what I wanted and still tried to get me to go away. Machines are down and only taking cash. Then forgot my drink and sauces for nuggets. Surprised he got the change correct. Wrong temperament for drive thru.

A shame they think it is appropriate when a customers card is declined to say to the customer “you didn’t pay for your food” my drink half the time is incorrect, not sure why it is so difficult to get a drink order correct! And my burger never has extra ketchup like requested. I mean I know McDonald’s doesn’t get orders right often but this one is ridiculous and they way they talk to customers leave me in awe and not in a good way!
