I’m not huge on seafood. HOWEVER, if I lived here in FL, I would have my big behind in the building every chance I got! Look at the pictures, U can’t help but taste and smell the old bay. The owner was pretty cool and actually was interactive with the customers in the establishment.

Great food!! From the crabs, to shrimp, and fish; I absolutely enjoy their meal selections. Some ladies from work, and I are here weekly. Seating is comfortable. I absolutely love the location. Quaint, and well lit parking. Closes early, so get there!

Alrighty, here is my take on ocoee’s newest seafood joint. Right off I would like to say the atmosphere was clean, the staff was pleasant and the service was pretty quick. Now let’s get into what you guys wanna hear. My wife and I ordered the shrimp platter $28 bucks 20 large shrimp, corn, sausage and a egg, no drink. Overall taste, it was well seasoned but extremely salty unfortunately. I do have a high salt intake but my wife doesn’t, so she only ate a few bites. So lack of seasoning you won’t have to worry about. Now judging by the plate the seafood seemed to be boiled, seasoned and baked, which is why I stated compared to their competitors within 5 miles they set the bar on taste.

Boyfriend and I ate here for our first time today. Its clean, food was good, and staff was very friendly, and looking to improve anyway they could. Price for the food was reasonable, and less than some of the other seafood places like it in the area. Would check it out again when in the area.

The food and service did not disappoint! I tried the snapper, garlic shrimp with sausage, eggs, potatoes, corn and hushpuppies. The snapper was seasoned to perfection and the hushpuppies had that hint of sweetness I like and they were nice and crunchy on the outside. The service was great. If you have to wait a while to get your food, let me tell you it’s well worth it because it will be be fresh and hot.

We had seen Hnina’s finally opened and while checking the internet saw that it had great review. We decided to try it. The owners are local to Ocoee and are just incredibly pleasant and hospitable people. My wife had the garlic shrimp, I had grouper and we had some fried shrimp. The food was AMAZING. Everything was cooked perfectly. The shrimp and grouper were tender still just slightly translucent. Wonderful flavor. The fried shrimp had such a light delicate batter that was a perfect compliment to shrimp. Hnina’s is a new jewel in Ocoee’s crown…Family owned and operated, this needs to be a local tradition…..
