It’s Starbucks. I’m a regular, sad to say. But the crew here is great. Be kind. They don’t mind remaking a drink if it’s wrong. This normally only happens with newbies, and once they get it, they really get it. My drink is extra, so I give extra breaks and just guide them. Normally, I take mine how it is because it’s usually close, and I just let them know for next time. No sense in wasting product!

Ordered two drinks in the drive through. When I got to the window, the metal sign they had saying “30% off merch inside” slid off the ledge and hit my car. There was damage from it. The ladies in the window comped my two drinks and gave me a gift card. At the same time the manager came out, so I parked and we talked. He asked if they did anything for me at the window, and I told him about them comping my two drinks and giving me a gift card. I was okay with that in the moment because it is something minor and I had other things I had to do. When I got home, I realized the gift card was for $4! My mistake, because I should have looked before I left. $4 is not the equivalent to the damage done to my car that was 100% their fault. I will not be returning.

This is so poorly managed. A group of women walked in and was told immediately there was a 20-minute wait and nobody would take orders in the cafe. The staff said they had a big food online order and a person called out sick. After 10-minutes of waiting for the 2 online orders there was nobody in the cafe and only one car in the drive through. They were NOT at all interested in taking our orders. They wanted us to go to another Starbucks. So disappointed by the management staff and this Starbucks. The manager looked to be an older gentleman with an accent. Taking orders in the cafe should have taken precedence over drive-through and online orders. Truly disappointed especially with the treatment from manager and employees. I don’t recommend this the location at all.

These questions do not apply because I didn’t get anything. The manager was telling everybody to order on the app and come back later. I had to go to work. This is not the way I expect to get treated at a Starbucks. I am a regular customer. I’m there almost everyday. I had to run another 4 miles away to get my drink. Unacceptable!!!

I went through the drive thu so didn’t deal with anything inside. I’m not from the area so had to ask a police officer where it was who was very friendly. So shout out to harrisburg police. Once I got to Starbucks the wait was longer than a Starbucks from home. Actually the wait was a bit annoying. The service made up for it. Very nice employees.

Welcome to the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever patronized. Upon walking in on a fine Sunday morning, I am greeted by a barista before I can even get the layout of the land. As I approach the food counter I am again greeted by the server who would later take my order. The store is clean and actively being cleaned in between customers and busy drive thru orders. Store is well organized. Regular customers are greeted by name. Most notably is the kindness in which I hear the staff speaking with one another. Training is happening, encouragement and redirection are offerred. Light and appropriate personal conversation ensues. What a great staff and Starbucks experience.
