Great place to go to. Food was great, I ate the wings, I love them and always get them. Most of all, the staff was really nice and on top of service, and the bartenders are the BEST!! They are the main reason I go there as often as I do, during the day or at night, it’s always fun and enjoyable. I recommend everyone take time to go there. Weekdays are nice in the mornings, or weekrnd nights is when I think is best whenever I go.

The food and service here has always been top notch, however after my last visit I will no longer support this business dining in. For a table of 2 we had 18% gratuity added to our bill, yet the server nor the menu made it known ahead of time. I’m all for tipping my server, but not when that tip is decided for me!

Very solid stop for lunch. Customer service is outstanding, prices very reasonable during a time where most places are taking advantage to spike cost. The food isn’t a culinary marvel but all of our dishes were tasty, solid, and yummy. Thanks for a good experience.

Really good food and service. Had a burger, French onion soup, and tried some of the wings. I like spicy and was up for a challenge, but the Dragon’s Breath was probably just a tad too spicy for me… but the wings themselves were great quality. Would definitely go back and try other sauces.

I’m giving The Tap Room 5 stars not because my friend said her chicken sandwich was the best she’s ever had. Or, because my BLT was delicious and the pizza was fantastic. I’m giving The Tap Room 5 stars because of customer service. I went back to The Tap Room the following day because I had questions regarding the bill. I was able to speak with the waitress who took care of my friend and I the day before. We realized that there was some misunderstanding when the order was taken on both our parts. Waitress was helpful and a correction to the bill was made. The owner of The Tap Room, Ryan also called me to make sure everything was ok. I’m making it a point to support South Milwaukee businesses, especially those that I have never gone to before. I encourage the community to try The Tap Room, it’s a little funky with an upbeat atmosphere. Great food and reasonable prices. Consider trying The Tap Room if you haven’t gone before. My friend and I were glad we did.

A very disappointing trip this time around, there were two of us sitting at a table and we enjoyed our wings, Buffalo roll ups and drinks. When the check came, our server made it known that 18% gratuity was already added to the check. Kadyn U was the server and she was fine, checked on us and made sure we were comfortable but adding automatic gratuity to a check with TWO guests is something I’ve never experienced here. I moved here 3 years ago and consistently come here for bingo on Tuesday’s and have never had gratuity added on. I feel like this is a slap in the face to certain customers that “look like they can’t or won’t tip”. When we asked another server she stated “she didn’t know she only worked here once a week.” This to me means she would have had to add it to her checks as well, but didn’t so it wasn’t something that was being enforced. I always enjoyed coming here but this is one of the times where it felt like my business was not welcome. I am a server/bartender as well and always tip over 18% so this felt like a slap in the face and also she lost out on money. Just disappointing.

Came in for a bite and a beer and had a great time thanks to Ben! Service was fast, workers were friendly and welcoming. Got the burger and it was really good, fries were super tasty and enjoyed the variety of beers on tap. I would travel back to Milwaukee just to come here again. Thanks for the great time!

Oustanding Place! Service was great and the food was delicious. Met the owner, Ryan, great guy. We ordered the reuben rolls, bang bang shrimp tacos, steak taco and a house salad with chicken. Highly recommend!!!!
