Manager on Sunday was extremely rude to all delivery drivers. For myself, two Ubereats orders i inquired about the ETA got completely disregarded. The woman immediately turned her Karen inside out, got disrespectful to me and all the upcoming drivers including her own working staff. Management needs to come down and stop this woman from running the joint, otherwise, you guys gonna run out of business soon.

Rating 1 star only because the manager seems eager to make her employees as miserable as she is. The contact I had with other staff was pleasant enough, nice light conversation and when they made my order. I sat down with my hook and ladder but overheard a lot of mistreatment. The young employees behind the counter looked miserable when she was nearby and the manager was taking her personal frustrations out on them. Kinda ruins the atmosphere when you can tell everyone in the room would rather be anywhere else.

The only reason I eat there is because of Dee and Bryana. They are the best all around staff I have ever seen in any firehouse. Definitely a must stop if you want good service and better food.

Came to this particular location after a nearby hair appointment and it was worth it the young men & manager on duty were amazing and very nice even though they had a substantial amount of people waiting for food but nobody minded as we were all enjoying the tv playoffs and just talking to each other

Love the food but for sandwiches the wait time is a bit excessive. Employees are nice but it seems like there’s no want to get people their food any faster. The restaurant was also absolutely freezing it made the 40 minute wait for our 2 hook and ladder subs excruciating.
