After moving to Richmond Hill from New Jersey we were concerned we would be subjected to chain pizza places with subpar quality,.we stumbled upon That’s Italian Pizza – similar to a oasis in the desert this is a pizza you have been looking for. Crust is nice and crisp, sauce is flavorful and fresh tomatoes and the cheese is outstanding. If you have been surviving on chain pizza for your existence I strong recommend you order a pizza and see the light of delicious pizza the way it was intended. The wings are also outstanding.

Today was my first day trying them. I had got a flyer in the mail and thought I would give them a try worse mistake I could have made . The flyer came with if you spend so much you get like 5 dollars off etc. so first when I call after I place my order she tells me since the manager isn’t there I can’t use the coupon because nobody else could do it. Get to place to pick up my food my daughter goes in to get the order because I paid over the phone I tell her she missing a pizza. So I go in the girl at the counter ask where is her pizza he says I don’t know you should know you have the ticket. I’m thinking he shouldn’t say that in front of a customer on top of that he in the back making food with no mask. I get to the house the food is not even warm mind you I live a few minutes from the place. The pizzas were cold. The cheese fries and pizza fries were nasty first because it was cold and barley had cheese on it. The pizzas weren’t even cut. The fried ravioli bites were cold and hard the cheese was so hard was no cheese to ooze out. The fried wings were hard and cold I ordered a 10 piece only 8 were in the box I called and told her she really didn’t say much. This was a waste of 60 dollars nobody ate the food. Worse experience and my one daughter who thinks everything is good. Wouldn’t eat it. Wasted my hard earned money I’m upset and disappointed

Our first time trying this pizza joint and we were very disappointed in the quality of the pizza. I don’t see how this place has a 4 star rating. We ordered 2 medium size, overpriced pizzas. The pizza was extremely dry as if it didn’t have any sauce on it. So bad that my kids didn’t even eat it. What child doesn’t like pizza. I called to see about a refund or something in exchange, maybe a pizza with sauce on it. Jerry who says he is the owner was very rude and not apologetic. We definitely will not be eating here again nor recommending this place to anyone. Jerry should be ashamed for putting out such horrible pizza.

Four of us had dinner here on our drive up from Cape Coral Fl on our way to Toronto Canada. What a hidden gem!!! We were told at the hotel that our restaurant choice was limited… thank goodness for google we found one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever eaten in. The stuffed pastas were made fresh and were to die for, my husband had stuffed pasta shells with meat sauce and I had ravioli with a vodka sauce absolutely outstanding! We had cheese bread and meatballs and salad… the portions were huge and the price was very reasonable. Our server was fun and happy even though she was busy… and they are actually from Italy!!!

My new favorite little spot in Richmond hill. We got takeout and everything was amazing. I’ve been to Italy and everything was authentic. Great NY style pizza, sandwiches, and the Italian bread was wonderful. It was our first time here and glad to support you during the covid shutdown. We will be back and can’t wait to try the dining room.

This place is FANTASTIC pizza and super duper good salads. I can’t wait to try more of the menu, talk about a hole in the wall. This place is a clean, casual, comfortable Italian restaurant. However there is nothing striking on the outside of the building, but it is filled with love. I swear, I could not believe my eyes when my pizza came out of the oven being pulled by a team of sparkling unicorns. They also have a friendly small man that blows a horn and announces the arrival of your pizza. I was so distracted I forgot to pay for my order, oops, . However, the girl was so nice when they came out and reminded me. She gave me a soda, it was a Dr. Pepper. Oh and just a reminder don’t forget to tip well. That last statement was written by no mean under any duress of my well being. Are we good, Guido? Call me buddy, we’ll hang out. But really this place made me feel welcome and the pizza excellent. If you enjoyed reading this review, you will enjoy their food.
