Employees are horrible here. I’ve never been to a worse chipotle. Not only was the food bad but the service was terrible. Get attitude from employees for simply just being a customer. I’m not the type to complain but this has happened the past few times I’ve been here. I’ll make the drive to another chipotle next time.

Truth be told, I personally never did like the type of food served at this restaurant, however my family members love it. Having come here to order their choice of dishes, I rather had a most pleasant experiences then ever. Customer service is always friendly even in you busy on a phone helping someone w/their choice of ingredients or trying to handle a naughty child, the staff have always been patient and u understanding. I usually get their wrap for mom or nephew always at the location in Naperville, IL on 59th near Meijer, there was never an issue with waiting time or tasteless food. My family for those who I get the order love their stuff which is always fresh & heated. I personally however not particularly happy about the price. $15 for a 6” long burrito is a bit toooo much one would think. Maybe the prices have changed over the years or in different states but it is what it is. My family love this stuff though we are of Russian descent & not particularly found of Mexican kitchen because of its fatty acids. But I personally always loved chilly beans with meat.

Great food but extremely poor service. They charge for the chips but miss giving it in the takeout order, 1 in 4 times. Seems to be a problem not just in this location but across all locations that I have seen.

I have only 1 statement that is very concerning amongst ALL Chipolte Mexican Grills I go to, please don’t get me wrong, I like to eat there, BUT the 1 weakness Chipolte Mexican Grills have is WHY CAN’T THE WORKSTATIONS BE CLEAN? MESSY FLYING FOODS ALL OVER THE PLACE. WHY DOES THE FOOD HAVE TO GET WEEDLED DOWN TO THE BARE MINIMUM & CAN’T BE SERVED HOT! FOOD-LINED SERVICE SERVED WITH COLD FOOD.

Ordered pick up from app with extra chicken the portion I got is so less even less than when I ordered normal portion of chicken. The rice also undercooked hard and dried. When I picked up they did not even busy. Only one customer in the line.
