Fantastic new Italian place! It is take-out and delivery only–I have wondered why quick service Italian places weren’t more common so I am very excited to have exactly that in Wasilla now. Super flavorful and authentic delicious food. We got their special which was salmon pasta in a white sauce. They let you choose between penne, spaghetti, or rigatoni noodles–I got it with penne. We also got their pasta al pomodoro with spaghetti noodles. The only meat I eat is fish, so I really appreciate that they have some meatless options (and salmon pasta). But for meat eaters, they have meat dishes too or you can add meat to their meatless dishes. Both of our pastas came with a small salad on the side (no dressing, just lettuce–wouldn’t mind a dash of oil/vinegar + salt pepper on this) and a delicious garlic breadstick. We got tiramisu as well which was amazing, super rich yet light at the same time. Both pastas were excellent. The salmon pasta white sauce wasn’t heavy but it was very flavorful, and the salmon was plentiful and good too. The pasta pomodoro spaghetti was so good as well–the pasta sauce was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and try more on the menu! Excellent quick yet high quality Italian option for both lunch and dinner. Their prices are reasonable too.

The Pasta Al Salmone Affumicato is to die for! Be careful I can see this being a weekly addiction. Simply fabulous and topping it off with their Tiramisu is off the charts. I’d highly recommend this establishment.
