I recently ordered a bunch of pizzas to be delivered at my wedding reception for a late night snack. The pizza itself was delicious and our guests were so happy to have pizza to snack on before the wedding was over. The ordering process was easy and a great experience. Dennis, the manager, made sure I got everything I wanted and made sure every single detail was figured out so I did not have to worry about it on the day of the wedding. The pizzas were delivered to the correct location and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again if I am ever in the area!

This hidden gem is a family friendly local pizzeria with a great bar area. The people that come here to eat are beautiful people,the people that work here are beautiful people and I mean inside and out. Great atmosphere, outstanding service, superb food no matter what you order they are on point . I’ve been coming here with my family for about 4 years and we love it. The person on the phone was not helpful and ignorant. My phone placed my order at this location when I’ve never been to Addison before and then they were telling me I needed to come drive 40 minutes because they would not deliver and did not want to cancel my order. We finally got them to cancel our order and the man was rude and told us he was losing money because of us. Obviously this was an accident and I work in the food service and we remake drinks for people all the time because people constantly go to the wrong store. He just was rude and refused to work with us at all. I’m sorry but im not paying for my order twice for no reason.

Look I moved here from Chicago (north side) so my expectations on pizza are VERY HIGH . I’m talking, I’m used to eating JB Alberto’s , Villa Palermo (the best out there) LET ME TELL YOU, this Rosati’s in Addison is up there on my list. I’ve decided it’s def the best in Addison. The best! I’ve gotten delivery before but I usually do pick up. The girl up front is so nice too. The staff is great seems like true team work. Keep up the good work rosatis!! My family and I love y’all. I meant to take a picture earlier but we just couldn’t wait. Haha
