They forgot about my daughter’s meal. She order first but everybody else recieved food before her. It took forever to get the kids refills. They need more servers. The waiter didn’t ask if we wanted ketup or Mayo until after ten minutes of eatting. The food wasn’t seasoned at all. If I would grade them it would be a C.

The night we went, someone next to me got extremely dry, though pork chops two times in a row. Also, my burger came out with ketchup when it was ordered without, and my husband’s steak was nearly well done when it was ordered rare-medium rare. The food we got was really flavorful, just not cooked how it was ordered. Mine got sent back because the waiter checked that it came without ketchup and since it did he got me a new burger.

Nice atmosphere, although the music was definitely too loud causing everyone to have to scream. Waitress was friendly but a bit awkward. My only real gripe is that the $10.50 wonton tacos were all taco and no Wonton. They could not have put less filling in them. Overall not blown away by this location.

The food is delicious, as expected from the franchise. However, there’s a severe disconnect on providing timely service. Getting seated wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t packed. Our drinks came in a few minutes after ordering them.

We walked in and didn’t get acknowledged for a good minute only after looking around and making eye contact with the waitress and yet we waited a few more minutes. The restaurant was far from being busy. It was dead in there minus about 3 tables. We got seated and got our drinks. No napkins, no silverware, no small talk, not even a damn smile, NOTHING. After ordering our food it took a good 45 minutes for a kids corn dog and mac n’ cheese and an adult entree to be brought out. I had to ask for silverware. I never got a refill on my water. Our waitress never came and checked on us until we were all finished. She looked like she hated life. (If you hate your job then move on). I debated on leaving a tip at all. But I left the bare minimum. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Seeing the previous reviews I was hesitant to come here. For a Friday night at 530 the restaurant was surprising empty. Service was great. Timing was almost perfect and food came out hot and as ordered.

I’ve been there 3x and all 3x there was a long wait despite the fact that half the restaurant had empty tables. Each time it was like this. Not sure if they are understaffed or what. Yet there are 3 or 4 people working in the front to greet you, write your name down and open the door. Not sure why 4 people are needed to do this versus serve people. Also, the music is way too loud.

Staff friendly & nice decor. Like the menu layout and calorie info. Menu seems more like a combo of chain restaurant and bar food. Food took 30 minutes AND didn’t put my food in. Server super sweet & apologetic (at 20 minutes on dishes that take MAYBE 15 to cook at the most). Manager kind, but came after guys started eating & offered 20% off grownups food (2 guys) but not the kids (who completely finished 10 minutes before men being served). Did I mention it was slow? Only 1/4 to 2/3 of the restaurant was empty. Don’t recommend unless you’ve got time and $$ to burn.
