Order my pizza to dine in said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 45 minutes late I ask if my pizza was ready and it was sitting there in a box and didn’t even heat it back up or even care they left us waiting for no reason. Get a pizza somewhere else defiantly.

Went there with my family for a vacation in Oakland and the place was just a mess. We ordered two pizzas, a salad, and two 6 piece wings. The salad came out first and it had brown leafs all in it. The pizza took forever to come put since the Sacramento/Warriors game was on and some of the employees had to come out to sit and watch the game, then they forgot about our second pizza so we had to wait for that to finish. Luckily we were all in a good mood and on vacation so we all just laughed it off, the pizza was the only good thing that this Round Table offered.

I’ve been ordering from round table for the past years and this Dublin Amador location is the worst! Brian has the worst customer service! I will never order from this location again! I called at 8:42 to order a small pizza for pick up and he told me they were closing early! First of all, it’s Friday and your hours says to 9:30pm! You being low on staff sounds like a personal problem not a customers problem! Also last week I order $60 dollars worth of food and my pizza hand no meat! If I could rate 0 stars I would! Just a heads up do not order from this location! Worse customer service BRIAN!

Upon arriving to pick up my order I noticed that I was missing toppings. After alerting the employee (Brian G) of the problem he suggested giving me the toppings separately(never heard of this but okay). He then proceeded to touch the computer screen, Place a phone call and then wipe his hands on his pants and head over to deal with my food without sanitizing or washing his hands. I immediately asked him why he didn’t clean his hands before touching the food and his reply was, ” I was just going to use the tongs”. Upon asking for a refund the employee denied my refund and said he would just have to make me another pizza now and I would have to call back in the morning for a refund. I took the pizza as leverage to receive my refund the next morning and Upon calling back the next morning and alerting the manager what had happened, she stated that she doesn’t allow them to give refund and attempted to offer me a free medium pizza instead, Why would i want another pizza from here after what i witness the night prior? I told her i would just like a refund and she first agreed to such. Ten minutes pass and she calls me back and says I was illegible for a refund because the food left the building ( I still had the whole pizza at home and was willing to take it back). Due to our current circumstances in a global pandemic I assumed general hygiene was the top priority in keeping people safe but apparently this business seems to feel different. Please reevaluate your hygiene standards and refund policy’s had I been giving a refund at the time of pick up the pizza would have never left.
