I have to start off with the friendly, wonderful staff that smiled the entire time, went out of their way to ask how everything was and to greet on the way in and out. You rarely see genuine staff these days so that felt great.

Best carne asada tacos I’ve ever had. The asada was flavorful and tender. The salsas had the right amount of heat. The rice and beans were okay.

Tacos El Vampiro is located here in the city of Sylmar. They are a family-owned business. I began coming here since they were street vendors. Let me say from the first time I tried the food here it was like love at first bite.

Amazing food & service. I love supporting small family businesses & this one is top tier! They didn’t really have vegetarian options on the menu but they were super accommodating 🙂

There’s more than enough parking when you get there. Place is clean, easy to find, there is outdoor and indoor seating. The staff is polite, not rushing you, and they nicely answer any questions you have about the menu items. Their aguas frescas are consistently delicious, I usually get the jamaica and the pineapple aguas. They have keto tacos and crunchy tripas which are the best. You have to try the loaded potatoes with carne asada, you’ll be hooked. I also like their guacamole, green and red salsas, they are always consistently on point. My husband has called orders ahead for take out also & they are friendly and quick on the phone and with pick up orders, things are always correct.

I was really excited to try this place after it was recommended to me a few times. The actual place is small but looks cool and is family-owned. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The menu is simple but I strongly suggest calling ahead. I called 30 minutes ahead to place my order but still waited 15 extra minutes when picking it up. The boyf and I tried their burritos which were good. Probably trying their mulitas next.

Cheesy tacos! Nice little taco shop. They have your usual tacos, burritos, quesadilla, and Agua Fresca. Solid meat selection with little slasa bar. Pineapple is available with your pastor. Friendly staff. Parking lot has some tight spaces though…

I had a crispy tripas tacos, a Mulita with chorizo, and a chulada with beans. They were all delicious, the toppings were fresh, and I highly recommend the crispy tripas! Service was so friendly, the food came out quick, and there’s tables inside and out. Thank you!

Ordered 2 pollo tacos and 2 al pastor vampiros. Food was made fresh and efficiently, price is fair, portion is generous. The al pastor vampiros especially were very delicious! The salsa is good. Family run restaurant. Clean and cute. No free water, only bottled available.
