They cannot handle a lunch rush, food is good but the top bun on your food is served cold, like it just came out the fridge. If you’re tater They are burnt. We may need to inform the cook. They will taste better. Management needs to reassess seating layout and walkway. Very uncomfortable to get drinks and past the entrance. I sure hope you don’t have a wheelchair with you, my nephew had to wait in the car to eat. I gave it a five stars to ensure you are able to see what you’re getting into before you show up at lunch. Posted this review seven months ago with five stars to ensure you saw it. Still no reply from the staff in charge of replying… Maybe I need to change my picture

Ordered the Fredricksburger all the way with extra sauerkraut. This is what I found when I got home. 2 dry patties, with a tiny bit of sauerkraut, no cheese or sauce of any kind and a soggy smashed bun. This is pathetic and there is no way this should have never been served.

Food was good. AC was broken and it was 105 outside. It was pretty hot, but the manager/owner( I’m assuming) took care of us. The burgers were not spectacular, but they were pretty good. Different than your typical burger you get anywhere else. I would go again if I ever come back to Waco.

The best and kindest people work here. It is a great place to bring the little I ones; the playground area is awesome! The food is better than you would expect. The cheeseburger with sweet potato fries is a major win. They don’t even blink when you tell them to omit the bread or make your fries extra crispy. Food the way you want it without any issues.

The food here is good. I’ve been here 5 or 6 times and the service is consistently very slow. The shortest wait I’ve ever had was about 30 minutes at 11 AM on a Friday, with around 4 other customers in the dining room… the majority of the waits I have had are over 45 minutes to an hour and once we waited for and hour and 45 minutes for food. It’s frustrating because you pay before sitting down and are stuck waiting for what you’ve ordered. I’ve seen lots of people just leave without being no served because of this issue. I would very much so recommend their food, but order ahead or go to a different location.

Very friendly service. I love that they have adult combos, you can have a beer with your meal. I also love that you can have your burger on a bun or in lettuce wrap or just in a bowl. Burger was fresh and hot,seasoned well. I was not happy with the chopped salad.

Great tasting smash burger style sandwiches, it’s very country though as the atmosphere. Went early in the morning tables were mildly sticky but don’t let that discredit you from eating there. Only real problem is price to size of burger being too small for the near $20 a person we paid for.

Love this place on a good day, but occasionally haven’t had the best experience on a bad day. But! They always make it up! The gluten free options are great! The staff is more kind than not, there is an occasional unhappy worker, but for the most part, you can tell it’s not the person, just a bad day.

There’s only 2 reasons to go back. If you’re looking for a joke as this is the serving size for a LARGE milkshake Two-You’re wanting to throw away too much money for what you get look no further. An order of fried pickles came with 6 SLICED pickles. NOT spears just actual pieces. Absolute waste of money for what you get!

Disappointed with service. I ordered my burger with tots at 8:05pm and got my burger at 8:26. The young lady who brought me my burger just basically dropped the tray and said, “Sorry about the wait.”In the most insincere way. Other consumers got their right away. The tater tots were overcooked or old. The burger was decent but not good enough to go back as a repeat costumer.
