We love Tola’s. The tacos are fantastic, always flavorful and always hot. They are also loaded with meat. I love that I can order 3 different tacos with the taco dinner. I have a hard time deciding which ones to get because they are all so good. We have been here about 10 times since they opened and each time has been great. The servers are all really nice too. Highly recommend checking this place out. Family friendly and affordable.

Our take out was hot and fresh. The chicken chimichangas were good sized and full of flavor. The salsa verde on top of the enchiladas was one of the best I have tasted. The guacamole was fresh but could use more seasoning.

Beautiful night to eat outside. The Enchiladas were amazing. Tough to decide which was better…but I think mole wins over verde! Even the rice and beans were fantastic. Decent beer selection too. Super sweet and efficient waitress. Will be back soon

The service and atmosphere were pretty good, the food left a little to be desired. When I have Mexican food, I expect it to be somewhat spicy or have some kind of flavor. The stuff that we had was not, it was actually kind of bland. I was hoping for much better. I thought it was weird that they weren’t busy on a Saturday night.

Keep in mind that we visited rather soon after they opened.

Delicious authentic Mexican restaurant. Had the beef burritos which were awesome and strawberry margarita was delicious. Home-made salsa was one of the best in Waukesha! Crowd great and good energy! And when done stopped over at Side-liners to play some outdoor bags.

Service was great, and food was hot. However, by the taste of it, I think it is all canned or frozen. I had enchiladas Verde and the sauce was not good. My husband had chimichangas, and they appeared frozen. Food was nothing to write home about and it was too expensive. We won’t be going back.

Great service, and food was ready quick and hot. We liked the chips and salsa and food, but it seemed odd to charge so much extra for meat in the dinners (quesadilla and burrito). The margarita I had was actually way too strong, so I didn’t enjoy it, especially for the price. We know it’s new, so we will try it again.

Love the salsa! Small menu, which I appreciate so they don’t over extend themselves. Quick service and bright atmosphere. Will definitely be going back!

Started out GREAT with AMAZING margaritas! But then I realized that my marg was gone after about 4 swallows… WHO PUT ALL THAT ICE IN THERE? Food came out and was room temperature, like they just opened a can of rice and a can of beans right off the shelf and served. Burrito was also room temp with a rubbery/chewy tortilla. GUAC was REALLY GOOD. Chips weren’t the greatest, thick and almost stale tasting (I don’t think they were, just were not light and crisp).
