Great hidden seafood restaurant in the McGee’s Crossroads area. My first visit in 30 years. Seafood was delicious and so are the hushpuppies. Service was great as well. Highly recommend.

This was such a nice place to bring my parents. They moved here recently from PA to Angier. I am just visiting from Florida and of course love a good vineyard. We came for dinner on a Thursday night and were very surprised at the beauty of the vineyard. Upon walking in we were greeted by a nice hostess and seated at a booth. The server was sweet and punctual! The owner, Lane pulled up a chair and talked with my parents and I about their move and where they are nestled. The food was great, the atmosphere was great and it was comforting to know my parents have a great place to go as a local! Thank you!!!!

I truly enjoyed being here, as I was able to enjoy high quality food for a reasonable price and in a comfortable environment. Lane was there, and made a point to speak to every table, enjoying conversation and listening to his guests. Serving staff were knowledgeable and prompt, and the atmosphere was such that you could be comfortable whether you were wearing a suit or jeans. No judgment! I will say it is a little out of the way, so plan to do a bit of driving to get there and around the property. There are signs marking the way, so you shouldn’t get lost. All in all, this restaurant is well placed on a large estate away from city sounds with a reasonably priced menu and very good food. I will return!

I came here a few weeks ago for a wine tasting. I was not disappointed. The red apple shine is my favorite. My fiancé and I decided to come here for dinner. We had seafood. Next time, we will try the steak. All the seafood was fried but it was a nice thin coating. Cooked perfect. I just felt like a wedge or 2 of lemon would have gone great with my flounder. The only other issue i had was the cole slaw being a little runny. Can’t wait to go back.

What a wonderful evening we had! The restaurant itself is nestled in a beautiful place, the service was outstanding and the food was excellent!!! It is reasonably priced so it is not prohibitively priced for families such as our group of 10! The owner visited our table and all the others around us thanking us for our patronage and even spending a few minutes to make small talk which we found to be a highlight of our evening. Definitely worth visiting this well kept secret!!!
