Online ordering has been down for atleast 2 months. All I’m told when I call is its “down”. I have an online promo code that I’ve been wanting to use but can’t do that when you can’t order online. So I asked them if they are honoring those codes in store since you can’t order online. Naturally I was told no. I think they just have it turned off to avoid more orders coming in. The hot and readys are usually pretty poor quality. I’ll give a higher star rating when they turn their online ordering back on and customers can actually use it.

Great place to grab some food, they are efficient and quick. The food is consistently good, not out of this world, but better than you would expext when you order pre-made pizza. Only downside here is the parking lot. Not enough spaces and right abutting the road, careful getting in or out otherwise this place is a win.

This review is geared towards the manager. The pizza here is usually really good. We had an incident where hair was found in our pizza. We didn’t realize this until we got home. I took it back up, and all he did was just give me money back for my pizza. No apology, and he didn’t even offer anything extra for me wasting my time and money on gas…poor management skills and customer service skills. This manager needs to go back to training…even if he would have offered anything extra, I probably wouldn’t even have taken it, because it happens…at least apologize or act sincere!

I’m adding stars to my previous review after experiencing a location downstate in big city. Here you’ll probably stand around waiting for 15-20 minutes, but they are polite and literate, and give you the correct food, and it’s actually hot like it should be. Well worth the wait, especially when realizing how much better it is here than busier locations. You know it’s cheap pizza, but whatever. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks!

Horrible experience. Went in at 5pm, noticed advertising for stuffed crust hot n ready pizza, so wanted to try it out. Cashier stated they do not make stuffed crust pizza. I looked up at the sign behind her, and she said yeah, I don’t know why we have a sign for it. We do not make it. I asked for Italian Cheese Bread, they were out and it is supposed to be hot n ready too. I sent a message to their customer service, never received a response. There are much better pizza places in town. Next time I will go somewhere else.

This little caesers is decent. Most the food is legit but I take concern with the lightness of sauce on the lunch combos. Idk. Out of all the various lunch combos of various Little Caesers, this one is one of the least enthusiastic. Great place otherwise though.
