This vegan place is amazing! The Chik’n parm sandwich was amaaazingggg. Its made with chickpeas and you would never be able to tell. I also had a coconut lentil soup. It was slightly seeet but, amazing. I will definitely be back to try more food. My friend got a falafel wrap and he said he loved it.

This place is amazing & greatly priced for being so healthy and vegan friendly. I highly recommend eating here and the staff are so friendly. They also include combo meals where it comes with a boxed water and a side for an additional $4.95 which I got as seen in the picture.

Good vegan place but it is on the pricey side. The coconut curry lentils and the eggplant & chickpea ragout with cashew cream are both good but if you like more savory dishes try the roasted kale and broccoli hemp parm, Chik n sandwich or wrap which are also delicious… vegan cheese cake was also good. Ask for their tahini Syracha sauce and their ranch sauce specially if you order the chik’n

They should change the name to 3 G’s! Omg this plant based establishment is above your expectations! I went to this plaza with friends of mine to try another new restaurant. However, I couldn’t stop looking at Greens and Grains. So, I gave in. I purchased a greens bowl, Vegan Rob’s dragon puffs and a boxed water. As you can see from the picture, I couldn’t stop eating my bowl to take a picture. I said to myself “Self, you have to share this place with the rest of the world!” It was definitely worth the long drive for a take out bowl! Oh and the customer service was AMAZING! She knew it was my 1st time there and was very patient! She informed me of her favorite items and suggested some others. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! Whenever I’m in the area I will definitely come back again! Thank you very much!

Fantastic service every time I visit. The two girls that worked the counter were so helpful and kind and patient even when I had trouble explaining what I wanted. They didn’t make me feel rushed and it’s seems to always be steady with business but never over crowded. I ordered 6 freshly cold pressed juices and a big smoothie thst was super tasty for just $60. You really can’t beat that. The cold pressed juices have not only helped me lose weight but also get back in control of my blood sugar. I highly reccomend this place if you are trying to eat a bit healthier without giving up taste. 10/10 you’ll catch me buying something here everyday.
