We came here on Aug. 24 at 11 am. Our drinks and donuts were delicious, but there was a guy with a beard that took our order that was very rude! We ordered everything but one of our family members was looking at the donuts so the guy said our order again with a very rude tone and he was basically yelling at us! We were only 4 and he was in a rush which we didn’t understand because there was no one behind us. Yelling at a customer is not justifiable.

Terrible drive thru service and attitudes of employees. They made a mistake with 2 drinks and told us to drive to the front of the store and they would bring out the correct ones. After more than 5 minutes we walked to the door and no one came so we walked to the drive thru window and finally they have us the correct drinks……except when we asked which one was which they said just smell them!

I’m from NYC, so right away I loved this Dunkin’ – it isn’t run by middle easterners. Mostly Hispanic staff, very friendly, very quick and efficient. Always a smile. Don’t be put off if there’s a line – it goes quicker than you’d think.

Went to this Dunkin location after our original plan was to go to Starbucks. Our family ordered a lot here (~$40) before our long drive back to Minnesota. After taking one sip out of the large iced coffee I ordered I saw a frozen fruit fly stuck to the top of the lid . I am absolutely disgusted. How does that even happen . Immediately threw away the drink. Waste of money and I couldn’t even eat the rest of the food I bought because if their was a dead stuck fruit fly on the iced coffee lid who knows what could’ve been attached (or even what could’ve touched) the food I bought. Sad drive home.

Worst experience ever from Dunkin’ I try to give the benefit of the doubt in most situations. But how do you mess up the order from the beginning to the end. First didn’t get the items I ordered cause they didn’t have certain things I wanted that fine i understand that.
