we usually go to Pho Binh Minh but they are closed on Mondays, so we did takeout here. We ordered pho brisket (pictured) and pho rare steak (not pictured).

Very disappointing! Tiny portions (30% smaller than average) for the price. I actually left hungry still. The flavor of the pho was lacking. It didn’t come with bean sprouts, and when I asked, they only had a very small amount.

We were told that if we wanted the best broth in town this was the place to go. We followed that suggestion while passing through town and were not disappointed. The food was wonderful and the conversation with the owner Tan was even better. If I find myself back in Maple Valley I will make sure to visit again.

I’m no pho expert, but the pho here has excellent flavor and I like it more than the alternatives in the area. The owner had a lengthy and detailed conversation with me about the best way to eat his pho. He takes great pride in his work, and its clear he views his pho more as a work of art than just food. It is a bit more pricey, but the reason is because he doesn’t water down the broth. You get what you pay for here

An absolute pleasure to eat here. The food is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The owner Tan and his staff was so friendly. Try any of the Pho, the broth is far and above any I have ever had. Will definitely be eating here again!
