John, Juan and Ledger were fast and polite, customer service was to be expected, came into eat with my parents. Left a tip, what you should always do no matter what, just because it’s more representative of who you are than it is the service you got. I’ve been coming to this place for years but not here in town. This was a good one, apparently my parents like it too. Of course they tried the Bobby. I had a Capistrami always hits the spot!

I wasn’t impressed by this location. Ordered online last night for pick up at 12:15pm, today. No acknowledgment, what so ever. After standing at the counter for a few minutes, I said to the girl, “i have an order for pick up.” It wasn’t ready yet. After waiting some more, I finally heard my name. BTW, the music playing was full of obscenities. Picked up, headed home, opened sandwich ( which I requested be cut in thirds, it was not!) The tomato slices barely on the bun were wrapped up in the folds. I have visited another location and did not have this experience, and the sandwich tasted yummy! I will drive the extra miles to the other location in WVC.

Restaurant’s lobby still decorated with Halloween decorations on Christmas Eve. Appliances are dirty and non of the TVs are working. Not a big deal, but if they can’t care of the dining area, what is the food prep area like. The sandwich was as impressive as the restaurant’s interior.

We ordered twice with door dash and didn’t receive the impossible cheesesteak each time. Only tried again because they have good sandwiches. Very unfortunate to have this type of experience with inaccurate food. My favorite sandwich shop just disappointed the vegetarian amazing food we have had in the past. Sad

We ordered food online, went to pickup. They missed one sandwich altogether so my boyfriend went back in to get it after I checked the order in the car. When he told them, they acted completely put out like they were being inconvenienced. When we got home, the sandwiches were poorly put together, (I wish I had taken pictures!) one of them was still incorrect (ordered a chicken sandwich, got a tuna), and they didn’t taste very good. The only purpose for 2 stars was that we still ate it.

Worst sandwich I have ever had! There was barely any meat on the sandwich and what was on there was horribly dry. I showed the employee and he said oh let me fix that and gave me a bowl with two more small pieces of dry meat. My wife’s sandwich was awful as well. The tomatoes and lettuce looked like they were very old and wilted with a slice of meat. If you want to spend $30.00 on two sandwiches that weigh 4 oz. Each go right ahead when you could go right across the parking lot to east coast subs and get what you pay for!

Precision crafted deli sandwiches are harder to come by than one may think. There’s either too much bread or not enough meat. This place delivers neither of those issues. Plenty of meat and it’s in a delicious cave of crispy bread goodness. D-Lish!!!
