Well to start I ordered from Wing Boss but I couldn’t find the location for pickup. So after driving around for 15 min I called the phone number listed and it was answered as Dickey’s BBQ Pit not Wing Boss. So I found the locations and entered Dickeys at 8:15 pm to get my order and it was ready on arrival. When I arrived it appeared the two workers were more focused on cleaning up rather than trying to ensure my order was in tact and accurate. I ordered 30 wings with three sauces (Atomic, Buffalo Hot, and Korean Spicy) and neither box were labeled with the appropriate sauce and I realized that just prior to getting on the freeway. I brought the wings home and I had to doctor them up with appropriate hot spices, seasonings, and sauces. This is not what I expected after reading other previous reviews. Customer service and product were so very disappointing.
