Great food but horrible customer service! Asked for no rice and then when they still added rice and pointed it out, they brushed off the rice into the garbage sack and proceeded to finish my burrito! If that wasn’t enough, they couldn’t process my buy one get one free in my app. They tapped “ordering online” and when that didn’t work, put the blame on me. Treat your customers like they are the ones helping make payroll….

Everyone is very busy cleaning between customers! They all work soo hard!! I haven’t ever been to this location it was bright and inviting the crew was all soo friendly, attentive and ninja fast. Francisco was especially helpful in suggesting new items to try. He made the best tacos

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This restaurant is disgusting, the quality of food and cleanliness is the reason you should never eat here. We got steak quesadilla and shredded chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas were tiny with barely any chicken and no cheese inside and drenched with sauce. We will never be back to this location.

Consistently have failed to give me the food I ordered and paid for. I’ll order chips and queso, but not get any chips. That’s happened 4 times in a row now. I’ve ordered salads and paid for extra dressing, but no dressing at all is delivered. It’s literally been FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. Worst store ever.

Not a single item correct in my online order. And if you are expecting a grilled steak/chicken forget it! They totally don’t know what grilled means. They add some red spice (more like taco seasoning) and say it is grilled. (Adding picture of the red dry to the bone chicken). And when I went back to try to fix my order, the employees were rude and always chewing while talking to me! Not a single “I’m sorry”. Never again!

We typically absolutely love cafe Rio, we go all the time BUT this is a pretty bad location. There’s a young muscly guy that I keep forgetting to ask the name of but he is the absolute hardest working, we wish we could just tip him every time. Today there were more than 6 people working and he was the only one actually doing anything. He took our order, made our order, grabbed sauces and rung us up. Everyone else sat there and when we asked for a sauce the girl looked at him and he grabbed it.
