Chili Verde enchiladas were very good. Service and cleanliness is not good. Some of the Staff were rude and no one was cleaning the lobby or tables. There was trash on the floor and tables. Staff seem to have no direction or care…it’s just a job…sad.

I had the shredded beef burrito. It was a big burrito filled mostly with rice. For what you get for the price you pay, there are better values. I will say that the young man who served me excellent, friendly professional and courteous.

I enjoyed being here today as it was my first time. The burrito I ordered was freshly made including the tortilla. It was filling and the price was good. The person who made our meal was nice and knowledgeable. All and all a good experience.

Staff were polite and food was great. Only bad thing was no AC on a hot summer day. I was very excited when driving by on a work trip to spot a CostaVida but will not be coming back. I was also using the bathroom and noticed the owner had a nice faucet but that limits amount of water to come out. Made it difficult to wash hands. Hoping that a nice chain like this can help correct these issues to make it a comfortable setting.

Often dosent have steak, often closes drive through, often doesn’t have lids for cups. No other restaurants nearby have these issues, unsure what issue is, food is good when you can get it.

Decent line but they move quickly and get orders going so that’s great. Got the sweet pork tacos with rice and salsa fresca. Tacos were good, but I guess I wasn’t expecting it to taste literally like a pulled pork taco. Rice also has a decent amount of hard bits of undercooked rice. Salsa was good with some chips.

I want in their today to purchase my mine and my friends meal. We ordered two entrees. I offered to pay for my friends. I think the guy saw that. And than he not only comped our meals, but gave us TWO FREE drinks on top of that. I was absolutely blown away at his kindness and grace! I look forward to coming in again.
