This Chick-fil-A is a good restaurant to stop at for food when traveling on I-95 Highway in VA. This restaurant was crowded but the lines moved fast. The restaurant was clean, but the restroom needs cleaning and was very small, only two people can use it at a time. The parking lot fills up fast.

HORRIBLE!! I paid almost $30 for a large fry(which was halfway full), Mac and cheese (which I found a piece of corn in?????) would it be extra to say I’m allergic to corn??? BECAUSE I AM. I ordered 2 chick Fil a and 2 Polynesian sauces—and received no sauces. I work in fast food so I understand that sometimes we run out of sauces but jeez at least put it on the site.I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was okay, IF most of my ordered wasn’t missing or had extra stuff (corn)

I’ve gotten a catering order from here before and I walked in tonight for a quick meal but driving north on the highway. This specific site is always a cluster (seen in photo), good luck backing out of your parking spot into the 2 lane drive thru. I ended up eating McDonald’s across the street bc this Chick-fil-A can’t get it together.

If you feel like sitting down to eat and the line of cars is real long outside. Just go inside. Find a table and order from your phone. They’ll bring the food to your table. The food is definitely good but it’s the service that keeps us coming back.

This location has gotten a lot better in the last three years but it’s always busy, busy, busy. Parking is a nightmare! So few parking spots to accommodate all their customers. Also have to wait in the drive thru line just to park! Drove around the building twice before finally finding a spot! The food was ready quickly and the staff was very friendly!

We all know and love Chick-fil-A for it’s efficiency, good food and cleanliness which only comes with a fully staffed restaurant. This was definitely missing! I don’t regularly visit this store so I don’t know if it was a fluke. The women’s bathroom was abyssmal. The trash in one of the compacting trash cans was overflowing. Multiple tables were unclean.

Person taking orders in drive-thru seemed uninterested and did not input my free sandwich card correctly so he sent me around for them to fix at the window. The next person at the window was confused and seemed unable to change the charge so I ended paying for an extra sandwich that I only ordered because I had a free card.
