The attic has been around for 100years +. True Madison Park classic. They went through a couple renovations recently but the outcome was great. The version today is great and authentic. The food is great with big portions and the beer stays cold. You can watch multiple games at once on all the tvs(like 12). What more to say. It’s just a great place, from the staff to the food to the patrons. I’m happy to have such a great place in my neighborhood.

Excellent food, great beer and drink selection, but most importantly, the employees are absolutely phenomenal!!! Destiny was my server, great bartender and fun! I had a great time. Check them out.

First time here and I was very pleased with my lunch! Had the fish and chips and the the French dip sandwich. The food was pretty good for bar food but it was a bit bland for the prices. However the server lady was outstanding and would stop in again if in the area.

Standard pub with the usual suspects on the menu like wings, sliders and burgers. Limited beers on tap. Friendly service and a handful of outdoor tables make it a nice happy hour spot close to the lake.

I’ve been coming here since 1988 and the newly renovated version of this place (2023) is the best I’ve seen it in many many years. Thank you Ethan Stowell. … Hey, in the old days we had live bands and dancing here, which was so fun, but I love this place now too.

The Attic is a really wonderful neighborhood bar and honestly I’m so glad we went this night because it was the last night they were open before changing ownership and possibly losing the authentic and warm vibes that we experience. We went there on one of their Tuesday night trivia night and it was such a blast. Really good trivia but not pretentious. The trivia night will remain when they reopen and if it’s the same house I’m sure it will be just as good.

They wouldn’t serve us because our ID’s were vertical…. We are from out of state… clearly older than 21…. Lowkey gave off discrimination vibes

Reopening under Ethan Stowell Restaurants. You already know it’s gonna be fire!!!! They are taking this classic Madison Pub back to the 70’s with the decor. The food will be the same menu but elevated. Can’t wait!

I love the attic! Great place to grab a beer and awesome atmosphere, but food has gone downhill under the new ownership. Hope it’s growing pains!
