This deli has sandwiches that are outstanding! Slightly on the salty side, but overall, amazing! I suggest you get there right when they open because the line fills up quick. One of my favorite things about this place is how clean the restaurant is. That is a HUGE deal when it comes to food preparation. With the lack of employment around the nation, it is a wonder how they operate above and beyond the standard. Great food, SUPERB service, friendly staff, and a clean environment equals a recipe for success. Try them out, give your support, and leave full and happy!

the Pastrami Reuben is to DIE for! Some of the best fries and fry sauce I’ve ever had as well. I’ve also had the spicy Philly Cheese Steak and it was delectable too. I don’t think you can go wrong honestly.

I was in Greenville for work and wanted a good salad and I am so glad I found this place. I ordered the Chef’s salad with ranch and it was incredible. The meats were plentiful and the salad ingredients were very fresh. I ordered at the end of the day so I was concerned that the food wouldn’t be as well made but it exceeding all of my thoughts. I will definitely be going back for a sandwich next time. Highly recommend!

I had a chance to finally try this place out. The last two times I’ve tried the line was out the door. I came today after the lunch hour rush and the service was great. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. The cheese stake sandwich was good just a little too much cheese for my tastes. It was over powering the taste/flavor of the stake/meat. The French fries with there special sauce was very tasty. The sweet tea was yummy. My meal set me back right at $20. I think my next visit I’ll have to try one of there subs they looked pretty darn good.

Trouble
In my efforts to find new and interesting places to dine, I do have my go-to regular spots. Subs and Clubs was one such spot. When Empire Deli moved in, I was wary to say the least. But when I walked in, there was this air of fresh life breathed into the restaurant. Kind of a brightness that gave me hope as I stood patiently, awaiting my turn to order. I had perused the menu all week, wondering if I would find a suitable replacement to my Blackened Steak and Cheese that I used to get. The closest I found was the Spicy Cheesesteak, where I swapped onions for mushrooms. It did not disappoint. It carried a heat that burned my lips, and encouraged me to try the seasoned fries as I took my time to enjoy the cheesy goodness of my sandwich. The mozzarella sticks were thick and flavorful with their seasoned crust, and my companion gave rave reviews of her own about the smashburger on her plate. The French Dip was similarly impressive in size and taste, and the onion rings are crispy and beer battered. I recommend the fries instead however. Cooked nice and crispy, a perfect accoutrement to the main star of the show, the cheesesteak.
