BBQ food truck located in the town of Mineral that is open on Saturdays. Pulled pork was lean which I very much appreciate as I hate biting into a hunk of fat. Ordered the pulled pork platter with slaw which included 2 sides and hush puppies. Enjoyed the macaroni salad, but loved the baked beans. Everything was great and will definitely return next time we are out at the lake.

I personally know the family there truck used to sit right in front of my house and the food smelled so good. I ate there everyday they were there. Very friendly husband and wife team. Really miss them being that close.

Awesome Butch delivered our food in the freezing rain. He even lost power today and made sure that he communicated with me that he would be a little late with the food. He delivered to the house and it was wonderful! Everybody is raving about the food. Amazing on this cold wintery night at the lake!!
