Horrible customer service… Both google and the door sign said they were open… I saw an employee who 100% saw me standing outside a locked door… Wait for > 10 minutes… Another employee came out from the back and proceeded to see me then walked across the store to wash the inside of the door on the opposite end of the restaurant…

My girlfriend brings me lunch at work everyday and brings me the same thing everyday wherever she goes and today when she got here It was missing my beef and cheddar and there was no receipt. My Reuben tasted weird after I bit into it thinking it was just me until I opened it up and looked at it and some of the meat looked different Colors, I would have taken pic of it but was upset and wanted it outta my face so I immediately threw it away

if I could give this 0 stars I definitely would!!! the man working was very rude. I told him I wanted the meal and he just gave me a drink and sandwich. he sarcastically laughed at me and talked to me like I was stupid. then when I got home (got this for my boyfriend) he saw that there was plastic in his food! GROSS. will not be back to this location. south parkway location is MUCH better!

Arby’s has gone way down as far as food quality. That new Wagu burger is awful. The roast beef is salty and they never have the mocha for the Jamocha shake.

The lady that does the window when I’m there is very nice; makes you feel like you’re welcome. The only thing I’ve found to be negative is that the parking lot is in bad shape and the fries tend to be served room temperature most of the time, other than that great service for fast food.
