I travel from New York Cit to Lancaster PA often. On the way home I stop by this Arbys in Kutztown Pa. Most often I drive up to the window and get my order and drive away. It is always good Arbys food. Love their roast beef sandwich with the horseradish.

I figured I’d try this Arby’s out again after their re-opening… still just as mediocre. The only thing better was the service, there were new smiling faces, my sandwich was luke-warm and the tiny amount of fries I got were also not hot. I’ll continue to get Arby’s all the way in Shillington, as the food there is always hot and delicious.

Closed indefinitely. Closure appears related to safety and the need for repairs. Last I checked, the Arby’s app and other delivery apps were still taking orders and money. Customer service has not responded to requests for refunds on orders made after the closure (4/10), so don’t do online ordering, Door Dash, etc., for this location.

There was only one issue that we had and that was, they forgot my meal. But that was perfectly fine because I just took fries from my family, no big deal. It wasn’t very crowded it was only us and another couple, so walking right in and getting food wasn’t bad.
