I went through the drive through. I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked. Got home and realized they did not give me one of my sandwiches. I called, the girl was nice and said if I came back she would have it ready. I went back up there, the girl said “you’re here for the roast beef?” She said “I’ll have that right up for you” she went to the back, started talking to the other lady back there, started making another sandwich for someone else. After a few minutes she made my sandwich, pushed it through the window to another girl, who had no idea what to do with it. Finally she turned around to give it to me. So much for having it ready when you told me it would be.

Whoever took my order refused to listen to me and just decided to fool around. Argued about what I ordered which I know can be done since I worked at this one forever ago. Rushed me through and threw me my bag with the food just obliterated inside. Old bread. Overly greasy packaging. Only good workers here are the ogs that stuck around. I get it. It’s fast food and it sucks to work. Ain’t mean ya gotta act like a child and do your job like a child

Probably the worst Arby’s in the area. Has great food but the service is poor and they often mess up your order. The kicker is you have to wait in line all over again to complain because the inside is closed. Go to the Poland location instead!

Your drive-thru personnel are the most forgetful workers. This makes the 3rd time, just this year alone, the drive-thru worker forgets to put something in the bag. First it was fries. I had to go back and pick it up. Another time, they forgot to put in a sandwich. Again, I had to go back and pick it up. Now they forget to put condiments in the bag, and I told her loud and clear at the window, “Horsey Sauce please!” If you can’t find good help, quit hiring subpar workers.

Stopped in for a large lemonade, after taking my money she hands me a medium drink when I said I ordered a large I was told this is the new large everything went down a size yet I was still charged 3.50 for what used to to be 2.20.
