All tables was disgusting. Straws wasn’t stocked. Spills all over floor no one bothered to clean them. Took them ten minutes to get our money after using the kiosk. Ordered food for dine in and they gave it to-go. Asked if she called 45 and the women said idk do you have the one with the smoothie if so yes it’s yours.

Asked at drive-through if this location offered the manager’s daily double, a burger with two patties, mayonnaise, and lettuce. The employee said yes, so I ordered two of those sandwiches, a large fry, a medium unsweetened tea with light ice, and a small Diet Dr. Pepper. The drive-through line was busy, so I exited before checking the accuracy. Only one item was correct–Diet Dr. Pepper. The bag had two double cheeseburgers with catsup.l, mustard and onions, a medium fry, and VERY SWEET tea in a cup full of ice. Of course we discovered the errors as we exited onto the road into heavy traffic. I’ll go back to not moving forward until I’ve checked all items for accuracy.

The fries were lukewarm and soggy. Very obvious they were old and refried. Neither the women’s or men’s bathrooms had soap, so safe to assume the employees don’t wash their hands. Gross. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize this until after we ate. Avoid.

I arrived, walked up the counter and waited while the cashier finished his conversation with the sandwich maker. After he took my order I filled my drink and noticed a girl in a pink shirt smoking a cigarette outside as I tried to find a clean table. I sat at the cleanest one I could find and waited for my order. Just after I got my order and sat back down, the girl in pink came back inside and I saw that she was an employee, a manager even I believe. She walked behind the counter and began working. No, I didn’t leave out the part where she washed her hands, because it didn’t happen. She and a few other employees stood around and chatted for about another five minutes before another employee said he was going to go smoke a cigarette. He then went outside and returned to work also without washing his hands. I’m done, not going back. As you can see from the photos, it was extremely busy so I could see why they couldn’t clean the dining room.
