Terrible customer service! Employees wouldn’t help me and walk by briskly to avoid confrontation. Workers were not eager to help and avoided eye contact. Lady threw my cups face down and I had to ask multiple times! Also wait times were unbelievable and terribly managed. Couldn’t get the bare necessities without basically begging. Directions were unclear and we had to ask if our food was even ours. Along with the horrific attitude I received from the employees, most tables were dirty. Pop machine was leaking and whole counter was a mess. PS: bring a jacket, whole place was extremely cold. Unbelievable. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the worst DQ ever. I sat in the drive through for 55 minutes. Slow service and they still didn’t make my order right. Even if I wanted to leave I was stuck in the drive through line. Waited 55 minutes to get a flamethrower with ketchup on it? You can’t even teach your cooks how to make the food right. This fanchise owner should sell because clearly they are too cheap to invest in their employees training or spend time their to help run it themselves. This DQ has been awful since 2021. Avoid going here.

Sat in the drive thru for 45 min waiting for 2 shakes, a blizzard, and fries. After 45 min they tell me they can’t make one of the shakes so I ask for a refund, that took another 10 minutes. They hardly have us any fries as well..

The worst customer service ever. No one was running the front counter. Several people got tired of waiting and walked out. Mt wife made a little noise to let them know we were there. When the little red head from another state (her words) finally took our order. She 1st said my wife was being rude for letting them know we were there.

I was bummed out I couldn’t get my .85¢ blizzard (in app) in Cotton Candy, but I think they super sized my strawberry blizzard (it was a good 3.5″ above cup rim), sometimes when you think your gunna lose you actually win!

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a simple lunch order. Couldn’t back due to cars behind me. Got my food and it was cold and soggy. Ice cream was half way melted. Asked the cashier in the window and she told me she just made it. When ordering my drink, had to choose something else twice because they were out. Asked for white gravy and they were out as well. This location is horrid.

Was just after 8 p.m. by the time I finally got to the order screen. Was told the grill was closed and that only ice cream was being served. Would like to see that posted on their website somewhere (says they are “open” until 10 p.m.). Still took nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Was not impressed.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line 20 minutes for an online order. When I received cold food and melted malt, I asked them to remake the order. The supervisor said, “…..if he wants to wait in line another 20 minutes.”

I’m a dasher, I’ve had nothing but issues with this store. The primary one is they lock the lobby doors so I’m forced to wait in the long line in the drive through. Every second I spend in line is a second I’m not out here making my income. This is a message to the owner; “Your employees are costing your business a significant chunk of money by closing off in store purchasing during open hours”

I try to give this DQ chances over and over again. We love about 18 minutes from this DQ and 3 of the last 4 times we made the drive it has been closed due to staffing. On the 4th time we waited about 30 minutes for ice cream with only about 6 cars on front of us. Tonight we decided to call and ask if they were open and the guy said “all day every day”…. Which was funny considering the only reason I called was because the last 3 times they were actually closed during business hours. Wife and daughter wanted a simple chocolate ice cream cone. Waited 15 minutes to order and were told that they did not have chocolate ice cream…. But the kicker is you can’t just leave the drive through so they had to sit in line for nearly 25 more minutes just to leave. I am done trying with this store. I HIGHLY recommend calling ahead to ensure they are open and have what you want and then mentally prepare for an hour of your life to get your ice cream fix. Good luck.
