Our favorite restaurant! We always come for taco Tuesday cuz the tacos are $1.99 everything is so delicious. The guacamole is fresh and it’s the best I’ve had! The tamales are so hot and flavorful, definitely recommend! The staff is kind, they know us now since we come in every week

My husband and I were coming home from Illinois and had a taste for Mexican food. We stopped in El Vado. Excellent food. I had chicken tacos and so enjoyed them. My husband had a Chile Reno and rice. Fantastic. We live in Geneva, Wisconsin and have been back. Customer service is second to none!

You always ger chips and salsa when you sit down. The salsa looked like it was made from tomato soup with added onions, cilantro, and jalapeño. It was not really tasty. The chips were broken up with some whole pieces in the bowl. We ordered Carne Asada toco dinner. The meat seemed to be way overcooked. Some of the meat was hard. We also had a coupon for a free Margarita and was told it was not accepted because of new ownership.
