ABOUT OUR S. DURANGO LOCATION
We broke new ground on December 3rd, 2016 with the grand opening of our second Mint Indian Bistro location in Spring Valley.
We wanted this 7,500-square-foot restaurant to be a complete dining experience. At this location, we have the same great food and service, as well as our basic food philosophy of simple, colorful, and flavorful food that appeals to all five senses. In addition, we also have a live tandoor, a great space for private parties around our live tandoor for up to 40 guests (hibachi style), a 250 capacity eclectic eclectic banquet hall, and two sports bar featuring beer and wine by the ounce, in addition to our classic libations.

No Deserve One star. Chefs needs more training and exercises. They made hot and sour soup in tomato base. Because we order 2 tomato and 4 hot and sour soups. They made everything in one base tomato purée and take out tomato first and add veggies for hot and sour. It’s disgusting. Also, add tomato soups cumins and musters, small cut veggies. Definitely chefs don’t know how to make. They make foolish the people. Not recommended. Also, I ask to staff why they make hot and sour soup in tomato base and they stated me that’s the way they make it. See pictures full soup is hot and sour so you know it’s tomato base and empty one is tomato they add cumin and Mustard. Very disappointing. Not recommended any one.

We went for lunch buffet. My wife who is a picky eater really enjoyed this joint. First of all, it was clean and had over 15+ variety of dishes. The flavor was very good with a good balance of original Indian spice and Western palate. I liked the robust flavor of chicken tikka masala and smooth butter chicken. Goat curry didn’t have that strong goat flavor. I also enjoyed the samosas which was crunchy and perfectly fried. The dishes were not overly greasy or salty. It was well balanced and a few of them even had a spicy kick to it which I enjoyed. The only down side was the garlic Naan which was a bit weak and stale. The price was $19/adult which I thought it was a bit high, but the quality was good. I will go back again.

Traveling With Spice
This place is little bit away from strip. Food is excellent, very good Indian restaurant. Their cocktails are good too. Loved the ambience, buffet area is looking very nice( haven’t tried), quantity is good, cleanliness is good, very spacious, lot of parking space, only is lack of service, mainly because only 2 people are working in the front, they are trying hard to reach out to everyone. If you are in Las Vegas n really wanted to try out Indian..yes this is definitely a good option. Try their restaurant in strip if you don’t want to drive.

Best Indian lunch buffet in the world!!! They have extremely polite and attentive servers as well! Their lunch selection is insane and we’ll presented. None of the food in the food warmers were burnt nor did they look unappetizing. Moreover, they had an ice cream station and provided free garlic naan (my favorite)!!! Lastly, they had a modern and refreshing interior. If I could give this place more stars, I would. I would love to come back here!

I love this place so much. My only Indian restaurant I come to exclusively. I always show up for their all you can eat lunch buffet. Everything is hot and so tasty. The restaurant is super clean and the staff is friendly. They also play nice music with a big screen to watch the music videos.

I can’t wait to go back! The food is almost perfect, the place is clean and the people are nice. They have a bar, so you can have a cocktail or two with your meal, they also do a good takeout, though I prefer dining in. They could use a decorator for the dining room, the seats are kind of all over the place, but who cares! If you’re going for a really special occasion, don’t count on the ambiance. But if a comfortable spot with excellent authentic food is your aim, then see you at Mint Bistro!!
