2 stars because the cashier was super friendly. But the food was trash, lol. I got a half order of chicken nachos for $11.84 and it was horrible. Stale chips, barely any chicken, and a bunch of water collected on the bottom which made the chips soggy. Where did all the liquid come from? I know prices are going up everywhere but this was insane. Roberto’s across the street is 10x better.

The food is certainly a better option for fast food. Much better than national fast food chains. Fresher ingredients and super fast service.

Horrible experience, 8 dollars ! For a bean and cheese burrito? And the burrito is the same size as Taco Bell !!!! I can understand the excuse they give for the the outrageous cost of a carne asada burrito, they say it’s Angus Beef ? I don’t believe it, full of gristle !

This place is proud of the stuff they serve. I had a Carne asada burrito while my girlfriend ordered 3 rolled tacos with a large coke and it was 27.00! Her tacos had not a hint of white cheese. The coke was all syrup no carbonation. A terrible experience. Go to robertos.

I’ve always loved sombreros as a late night food spot but i’m sick of you guys messing up my order and tonight you gave me rotten hot sauce, I threw up after eating it it’s literally rotten. I’m so upset I feel like turning this in you don’t deserve to be open if this is how you feed people I even tip your workers. Gross never coming back. can’t even answer your phone so I can let you know your salsa is tainted.

I had not tried Sombrero and ordered a chile verde burrito. It was exceptionally good. Tons of beautifully spiced pork, outstanding. The salsa bar is excellent as well, very fresh. I especially liked the fresh carrot/jalapeño escabeche. Keep up the amazing work everyone.

We love Sombreros! They prepare the food fresh right there on the spot, (I can watch from my car while in the drive-thru!) and the flavors are so delicious! Since moving into town, we have frequented Sombreros for breakfast at least 1-2x/week! Great horchata too!! The staff is friendly and generous with the sauces. Open late, Sombreros saved the day (night) when we rolled thru starving after 1 am!! Highly recommended!

this place ruined my Christmas eve all i wanted was a breakfast burrito to get me going to finish Christmas shopping . I pull up to the drive through to ask if they were still serving the breakfast burritos mind you i had a little bit of a sore throat. i was told they couldn’t hear me through their speaker and to speak louder which i did and they still couldn’t hear me so i yelled my order thinking wow their speaker is really broken. as soon as i yelled i got the worst attitude from the lady Karina working the window saying she wasn’t going to take my order because i yelled it. how ridiculous, you couldn’t hear me when i spoke up twice straining my voice so i yelled my order hoping you would hear me and now I’m “yelling” at you and you refuse to serve me through the drive through because you have a broken speaker. asked for a manager but they refused to get one. I’ve been going here for 15 years but not anymore. get a new speaker and new employees their attitude sucks and their food has gone way down hill do not recommend and will never be returning after this stunt

The drive thru was ultra slow due to being a holiday, but not much was open. 1 cook and 1 cashier taking care of the counter and drive thru. The real thing is that Sombrero has higher prices than any other Mexican food restaurant. Good food but a bit pricey.
