This young man appears to be here by himself, he’s taking orders, making food, and getting everything out in a timely manner, not to mention he got our whole order correct! He’s also very friendly. Excellent employee here! This is the first taco bell I’ve been to in a long time where not only have I had quick, excellent service, but the food was correct and fresh! This man needs a raise!

Lately this Taco Bell hasn’t been doing so hot. They used to be so on point with my orders but recently every single item has come incorrectly , missing sauces I paid extra for, missing things it automatically comes with, burritos are just straight Tortilla, while the staff have been nice and do their best to get my food out fast, I think they just aren’t taking the time to read the order correctly, or just don’t know what goes on what. It’s unfortunate cause this one is in such a good location and is close to my home. I have to drive the extra 15 minutes (one way) to go to another one to get my stuff right. Just wish they’d put a little more effort into how they’re making their food.

Five stars for Taco Bell fast food it was good. Service was the best I have had since covid! I wished I knew the young girls name, but she was a big help, and also got outside fans turned on for me. I also love the new outdoor patios, new Taco Bells have. This one has their patio with a green space between it and the drive-through ordering. Nice touch.

It’s taco bell, right? I’m not expecting anything fancy here. I live just down the road and pretty much all of my items were either cold or lukewarm. There was barely any meat in any of the items. This isn’t my first rodeo at taco bell, I know how much meat goes into these items and what I got was the bare minimum to even qualify as having the toppings and not something that accidentally dripped over. And then they put sour cream on both my soft tacos. Huh? How do you mess up a standard soft taco it’s 3 ingredients. Definitely never going to this location again.

Workers are always nice, but we’re either missing something out of every order or the food is old (chalupa bread hard, or soft tacos cold and soggy paper). If you email what’s on the receipt for a refund for missing items, you’ll never get a response.

I’ve tried to eat here twice recently as a late night dinner option on busy evenings, since so few things are open late anymore. The posted close time is midnight. Came up once at 11 pm and once at 11:30, both times was told the restaurant is closed. Either change the posted hours or get workers that actually want to work. In any case, don’t rely on this location to be available.

I went here tonight and order a double STEAK grilled cheese burritos. I get home and its ground beef. ( Mind you Steak is more expensive than ground beef) I take it back and the person at the window says theyre closed. I tell them my order was incorrect and that I was supposed to have steak and they say we are out of it. So I’m assuming they purposely fixed my burrito wrong knowing it was so close to closing. The workers who worked tonight are liars and this is possibly the worst TB in Huntsville. Do better

Drive the extra 10 minutes to the one on south parkway. Also, don’t bother ordering any protein besides ground beef because that’s what you’re always going to get. Even if the item name has chicken, steak, black bean etc. Its an issue every single time.
