Visited this location An had a few issues With the manager on duty. She was rude towards me Once I pulled to the drive thru .my food wasn’t right , I told her about it an she kinda blew it off like it didn’t matter. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the shift manager, Her Name was Monique . You can’t treat customers or talk to customer anyway but nothing under professional we all have a job to do.. Professionally

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. The staff is poorly trained and have no etiquette or professionalism. The restaurant itself is not very clean( i.e. the floor was slick and slippery) The service was extremely slow. I waited almost forty minutes for 7 pieces of chicken, along with 3 more guests, as well as observed a person come in from the drive-thru twice because of an incorrect order. I love KFC and came with high hopes, but left disappointed and will be sure to never return to this location.

Every peice of chicken I got seemed to be ripped appart, with the attendent saying to me “that’s how it was when I picked it up.” It tasted like there was no flavor was added to any of the chicken at all. The bisket was hard and dry. Even though it was raining, even the dry floor was very slippery. We ordered original recipe on one order and were told after we paid for things that they didn’t have original recipe on the item. This is the worst KFC I have EVER been to.

I went there last Thursday & the service was great. I ordered the same thing I did yesterday.. a 8 piece meal.. there was a different manager evidently. My rolls were hard, didn’t bother separating them, mash potatoes & corn was filled less that have way. No napkins or eating utensils. Really poor customer service. I WONT GO BACK AGAIN

Decided to go through drive thru since no one seemed to be in the line or inside the lobby, yet the location was open. (Probably for good reason) When ordering, there would be a wait for some items even though absolutely no one was ahead of us. In addition to this, after ordering one item, the employee seemed to just disappear from the mic and did not respond back with a “give me one moment” or “I’ll be right back to continue your order.” After several inquiries if anyone was listening we decided to drive away after about 5 minutes of unresponsive and awkward silence. Only after we finally drove away did we hear a faint “hello, yes, what would you like to order.” We had already started our order and were kinda tainted of appetite for chicken at this point. Not sure if it is the pay or work environment, but it seems employees are very unhappy and unwilling to perform. Might need to tend to your employee morale, Corporate…
